From early days in my career, I have been drawn to and have acquired extensive experience in setting up and improving my day to day work tools and company systems. I have been fortunate to see many of the initiatives I led and worked on through from conception to business as usual adoption. The experience is varied across a number of functional fields related to the areas of design delivery, design management, information management, digital construction, business development, change management and business improvement.
I have delivered results form projects and from group centrals positions where I was able to ensure that improvement initiatives were adopted and implemented consistency across the entire business, within the timescales and budgets agreed.
